Mike Dreifurst

Mike Dreifurst

I am Mike Dreifurst. I have been a part of Moline Transmission Service for over 40 years. I started working for Ed Reid in 1977. I learned a lot from Ed. He taught me how to rebuild a transmission, how to diagnose a vehicle problem, and most importantly how to deal with our customers. When Ed retired in 1991, I bought Moline Transmission Service. Throughout the years, we have had some incredible employees and very loyal customers and because of this, Moline Transmission Service has been very successful! In the past, I have served in the Scott Community College Automotive Advisory Board. For many years, I was the Safety and Education Coordinator for the Blackhawk Chapter of Abate of Illinois. I was able to go into area driver’s education classes and teach young drivers about motorcycle safety.

My wife, Tami, and I have 3 daughters, 2 grandsons, and 2 Jack Russell Terriers. My wife and I really enjoy watching our grandsons play sports. I was able to help coach my oldest grandson's Jr. Maroons football team a few years ago, and although I wasn’t sure what to expect, I really enjoyed it! When we find ourselves with some spare time, we hop on the Harley! Every year, we take a vacation on our motorcycle. We have visited many states and even Canada.
Terry Dreifurst

Terry Dreifurst

Hi, I am Terry Dreifurst. I have worked at Moline Transmission Service for 21 years. I started out as a transmission rebuilder but have been working as the shop manager for the last 10 years. My duties at Moline Transmission Service range from diagnosing vehicles to helping out in the office. Before I started working here, I did a lot of carpentry work (which is why anytime something breaks in the shop, I am the one to fix it)! In my spare time, I love to ride my Harley Davidson motorcycle and doing yard work. One of the coolest experiences that I have had was riding my motorcycle through the mountains.
Tony Osborne

Tony Osborne

I am Tony Osborne, a transmission rebuilder with Moline Transmission Service. I have been with Moline Transmission Service for 21 years. Prior to Moline Transmission Service, I worked as a farm hand, cook, and a mechanic. In my down time, I like to hunt. I am married with 2 kids and a dog. My hobbies include hunting and watching my kids play baseball and softball. The coolest thing I have ever experienced is sitting on top of a mountain in Wyoming watching the sunset. I am the Assistant Chief with my local volunteer fire department where I have been a member for 17 years. I enjoy the outdoors and spending time with my wife and kids. A book about myself would be titled “Simple Life In A Small Town."
Susie Siebke

Susie Siebke

Hi, I am Susie Siebke. Like Tony and Terry, I too have been at Moline Transmission Service for 21 years. My job title is secretary, but I often tell people that I do way more than that! I am a single mom with two kids, and that consumes every spare minute of my time. However, when I am not in a gym or at a football field watching my kids play their various sports, I like to get together with friends. I am a big Iowa Hawkeye and Green Bay Packer fan (which can be fun when you work with a bunch of Chicago Bears fans)!
Leigh Olson

Leigh Olson

I am Leigh Olson. I graduated from Wichita Automotive & Electronics Institute in 1984 and have been a mechanic ever since. I started working at Moline Transmission Service on August 14, 2006. I am an ASE-certified master technician with an L1 advance engine diagnostic certification. I have been married to my wife, Patti, for over 20 years. I hardly ever have any spare time, but when I do, I like to spend it fishing or golfing.
Jeff Bodeen

Jeff Bodeen

My name is Jeff Bodeen. I have been employed as an R&R technician at Moline Transmission Service for 9 years. I have a wife, Patty, and a son, Jacob. In my spare time, I love to restore old cars and go to car shows.
Jeremy Timm

Jeremy Timm

My name is Jeremy Timm, and I've been working as an automotive technician at Moline Transmission Service since September 2015. I am ASE certified and plan on continuing my education and obtaining more certifications. Prior to Moline Transmission Service, I worked as a diesel mechanic, working on tractor trailers at DNA Tractor Trailer Repair and also on locomotives at National Railway Equipment Co. After those, I worked at Brad’s Auto and Truck Parts as a disassembler.

I am 24 years old, and I live in Andalusia, IL. I've been a volunteer for Andalusia Ambulance and Andalusia Fire Department since February 2016. Before I moved to Andalusia, I lived in Viola, IL and volunteered for the Greene Township Fire Protection District for 3-1/2 years. When I am not busy with the Fire Department or the Ambulance, I spend my time with my girlfriend, Maddie, who I have been with for 3 years and 5 months, doing almost any and all outdoor activities, such as hunting, fishing, camping and boating, or just hanging around the house. My personal goal is to buy some property and build my own house and get married and have kids. I plan to spend most of my retirement traveling the country and different parts of the world. I plan to achieve all of this by climbing the ladder and becoming a shop owner. My favorite quote comes from the famous John Wayne, “Courage is being scared to death, and saddling up anyways.”
